Celebrates the University of Montevallo's creation of the Dr. Wilson Fallin, Jr. Lecture Series to address issues of diversity, inclusion, equity, history, and social justice.

Recognizes Dr. Fallin as Professor Emeritus of History in the Department of Behavioral and Social Sciences at the University of Montevallo, who served the institution for nearly three decades.

Acknowledges Dr. Fallin's lifelong commitment to civil rights and social justice causes, including personal acquaintance with Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

Notes Dr. Fallin's service throughout Alabama in roles including President of Selma University, Pastor of Oak Grove and New Zion Baptist Church, and Director of Minority Affairs at the University of Montevallo.

Designates the Dr. Wilson Fallin, Jr. Lecture Series as a fitting tribute to Dr. Fallin's legacy and encourages community participation in the series.
