Acknowledges Mr. Parker's viral internet fame as "Colonel Mustard" in the video series "The Same Video of the Same Guys Dancing to a Different Song Everyday," which has over 200,000 followers.

Notes that Mr. Parker and two other men in the videos agreed to allow the Muscle Shoals Education Foundation to sell T-shirts featuring their images to fund enrichment projects in Special Education Classrooms, beginning in June 2021.
