Bills considered on Consent Calendar cannot be amended, substituted, debated, or carried over.

Includes SB173, requiring agricultural lime to be labeled with relative neutralizing value (Sections 2-23-2, 2-23-4).

Includes SB211, addressing off-road vehicle and all-terrain vehicle registration with the Alabama State Law Enforcement Agency and increasing width and weight restrictions (Section 32-12A-1).
