Honors Dr. Danna "Dee Dee" Benefield Jones as a Blue Ribbon Schools of Excellence Superintendent, only the second person nationally to receive this recognition.

Recognizes all schools in the Hartselle City School System as Blue Ribbon Schools of Excellence, evaluated across nine categories including curriculum, student focus, school culture, and technology.

Highlights Dr. Jones's 30+ years in education, including her role as Hartselle's first female Superintendent and her degrees from Jacksonville State University and University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Documents her educational achievements including launching a Civil Air Patrol program, developing career and technical education opportunities, receiving the Alabama Music Educators Association Outstanding Administrator Award in 2021, and serving on the North Alabama Works Workforce Innovation Board.

Acknowledges her community involvement with Westmeade Baptist Church, Hartselle Rotary Club, Hartselle Kiwanis, and Delta Kappa Gamma, along with her family of husband Joey Jones and two daughters.
