Records the death of Mrs. Lella Clayton Bromberg of Birmingham, Alabama, who died on May 10, 2021, at the age of 88.

Honors her lifelong service to the Cathedral Church of the Advent, where she served as the first female Junior Warden, President of Women of the Church, and member of the Vestry and Stewardship Committee.

Recognizes her extensive community involvement as Founding President of The University of Alabama's O'Neal Cancer Center Advisory Board, President of the Junior League of Birmingham, and member of numerous boards and organizations.

Acknowledges her surviving family members including three children, seven grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren, as well as her siblings.
