Commends LaTosha Brown for her professional achievements as an award-winning thought leader, institution builder, and civil rights activist focused on voting rights and social justice.

Recognizes her co-founding of Black Voters Matter, the Black Voters Matter Fund, and the Black Voters Matter Capacity Building Institute, which work to increase Black voter registration and turnout in marginalized communities.

Acknowledges her role as visionary and co-anchor of the Southern Black Girls and Women's Consortium, a $100 million, 10-year philanthropy initiative designed and executed by Black women and girls in the South.
