• Adopts and incorporates 2019 and 2020 cumulative supplements and 2019 replacement volumes (18, 18A, and 22) into the Code of Alabama 1975, as edited and published by Thomson Reuters.

• Initially adopts 2019 Volume 22L (Local Laws Marshall to Mobile Counties) and adopts 2019 and 2020 cumulative supplements to local law volumes into the Code of Alabama 1975.

• Makes five specific corrections to code sections: corrects "three members" to "four members" in Section 16-6G-7; updates licensing reference from "State Board of Medical Examiners" to "Medical Licensure Commission" in Section 34-23-77; corrects "Commissioner of Revenue" to "Department of Commerce" in Section 37-11C-4; deletes erroneous language and replaces it in Section 45-22-243.08; and corrects "is" to "are" in Section 45-31-122.

• Declares the codification constitutes continuous systematic codification of the entire Code of Alabama 1975 and certifies Thomson Reuters has discharged its publishing duties.

• Transmits authenticated volumes to the Secretary of State for filing and custody; specifies act does not affect any 2021 session statutes; becomes effective immediately upon passage and approval.
