Exempts nonresident health care professionals from Alabama state licensure, registration, and certification requirements if they hold valid licenses from another state or country and are credentialed by the TWG 2021 Birmingham Foundation for the World Games 2022 and related Test Events in 2020-2022.

Health care services under this exemption may only be provided to credentialed World Games family members (athletes, coaches, trainers, officials, judges) at TWG-designated sites.

Providers must limit services to citizens or delegation members from their sponsoring country, except members of FICS (International Chiropractic Sports Federation) who may serve any World Games family member.

Allows National Olympic Committees and International Sports Federations to designate official delegates who can consent to medical and surgical care for minor team members without parental consent.

Automatically repeals on December 31, 2022, and does not grant hospital medical staff privileges or other facility privileges to exempt providers.
