• Prohibits employers from retaliating against employees, contractors, or agents who disclose information about false claims violations to government agencies, with remedies including reinstatement and double back pay.

• Establishes statute of limitations of six years from violation or four years from when facts become known (maximum 10 years from violation), and allows subpoenas to be served nationwide.
