Alters, rearranges, and extends the corporate limits of the municipality of Hytop in Jackson County, Alabama.

Annexes the right-of-way of Jackson County Road 33, beginning at the intersection with State Highway 79 and extending 7,065 feet along said right-of-way to the endpoint in Jackson County.

Requires a map showing the proposed annexed territory to be filed in the office of the Judge of Probate in Jackson County and made available for public inspection pursuant to Alabama Code Section 11-42-6(b).

Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor.

Passed the Senate on March 18, 2021 and the House on April 13, 2021.
