SB321 Summary

• Increases daily off-premises sales limit for breweries producing less than 60,000 barrels annually from 288 ounces to 864 ounces of beer per customer per day.

• Increases daily off-premises sales limit for distilleries from 2.25 liters to 4.5 liters of liquor per customer per day.

• Changes the calculation method for determining whether a brewery qualifies for these limits to only count beer from contract breweries that is produced exclusively for that brewery, excluding other contract-produced beer.

• Bill becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor.
