Authorizes curbside voting for electors who are disabled, pregnant, or otherwise authorized by Secretary of State rules in the interest of public health and safety.

Requires curbside voting to be made available to all electors with disabilities recognized under the federal Americans with Disabilities Act.

Each judge of probate must establish a curbside voting location within 150 feet of each polling place that is in plain view of election officials and equipped to allow voters to complete ballots privately.

Voters requesting curbside voting must provide valid photo identification for verification, then receive a paper ballot to mark and deposit in a secure container maintained by a designated election official.

Becomes effective immediately upon passage and approval, applying to elections commencing with the November 2022 general election cycle; Secretary of State must adopt implementing rules.
