Requires each Alabama county to designate and provide at least one early voting center where registered voters may vote during the 14 days immediately preceding election day.

Early voting centers must be open 4-6 days during the week immediately before election day, with hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on weekdays and Saturdays, and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Sundays.

Counties with multiple early voting centers have sole authority to configure boundaries for each center and determine which days each will operate.

Does not impair or affect existing powers and duties of boards of registrars, judges of probate, and other election officials, nor does it affect election day voting procedures.

Secretary of State shall adopt rules for implementation and administration of the early voting requirements.
