Requires health care providers to report all vaccine administrations to the State Board of Health's immunization registry, including historical vaccination records.

Mandates providers review the immunization registry before administering a vaccine unless the provider has a bi-directional electronic interface with the registry.

Exempts annual influenza vaccinations from the pre-administration registry review requirement, though flu vaccine data must still be reported to the registry.

Allows providers with bi-directional interfaces to review historical vaccination data through that interface before administering vaccines and to enter vaccine data either electronically or manually.

Becomes effective immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor.
