• Authorizes the Bullock County Revenue Commissioner to charge an additional $25 administrative fee for parties redeeming land from tax sales.

• The fee is in addition to any other costs and fees required, including fees under Section 40-10-122 of the Alabama Code.

• The $25 fee must be paid before the redemption is completed and shall be deposited in the Bullock County General Fund earmarked for operation of the revenue commissioner's office.

• Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor.
