Judge of Probate of Dallas County receives an additional expense allowance of $30,500 per annum, payable in equal monthly installments from the county general fund, effective the first day of the month following the act's effective date.

Upon expiration of the incumbent judge's term, the annual salary for the Judge of Probate of Dallas County increases by $30,500 per annum, payable in equal monthly installments from the county general fund, and the expense allowance under Section 1 becomes void.

The act becomes effective on the first day of the third month following its passage and approval by the Governor.

Senate passed the bill on March 18, 2021, and the House passed it on April 13, 2021.
