Commends Cleveland Jefferson Stockman of Prattville, Alabama, on attaining the rank of Eagle Scout, the highest rank in the Boy Scouts of America.

Recognizes that Stockman completed an Eagle Scout Project, earned Merit Badges, and demonstrated the five integral responsibilities of a Scout: honor, loyalty, courage, cheer, and service.

Notes that Stockman's Eagle Scout Project involved building a Gaga Pit for Prattville Elementary School students to develop strategic thinking through physical play.

Acknowledges Stockman as an outstanding student who participates in extracurricular activities and has devoted volunteer hours to community projects.

Senate adopted the resolution on April 6, 2021, and the House of Representatives adopted it on April 13, 2021.
