Urges the Governor and Alabama Education Association to appoint members to the Paperwork Reduction Committee created in Act 2001-475 (codified as Section 16-16B-11, Code of Alabama 1975)

Notes that excessive paperwork required of teachers and public education employees hinders the primary mission of education and has become more burdensome since the committee's initial creation

Directs the Governor to implement and administer all required duties and responsibilities under Act 2001-475, including preparing a report to the State Superintendent of Education and the Legislature on reducing and automating teacher paperwork

Requires copies of the resolution be provided to the Governor and the Executive Director of the Alabama Education Association
