Acknowledges Taiwan as one of the United States' largest trading partners and notes Alabama's special sister-state bond with Taiwan, emphasizing the importance of cultural, educational, and business exchanges.

Recognizes Taiwan's active participation in the international community and its contributions to health, humanitarian aid, and environmental protection, specifically acknowledging its donation of surgical masks and N95 masks to Alabama during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Extends best wishes for continued cooperation and success between Alabama and Taiwan in the future.
