Commends Judge Julian B. "Buddy" Brackin, Jr. for 31 years of service on the judicial bench for the City of Orange Beach, Alabama, upon his retirement.

Judge Brackin graduated from Troy University in 1972 and obtained his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Alabama School of Law in 1976, plus a Master's Degree in Public Administration.

Served as Municipal Judge for Orange Beach since 1980 and Robertsdale since 1994, and previously served as Municipal Judge for Elberta (18 years) and Summerdale (7 years).

Held positions including past president of the Baldwin County Bar Association, member of the Baldwin Judiciary Selection Committee, and serves on the Standing Committee on Practice and Procedure.

The Alabama House of Representatives honors and commends Judge Brackin for his dedication and exceptional abilities in service to Orange Beach and Baldwin County municipalities.
