Luke Adams attained the rank of Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts of America, completing his Eagle Board of Review on December 15, 2020.

Eagle Scout rank requires earning 21 Merit Badges and completing an Eagle Scout Project, representing years of diligence in pursuit of scouting skills and values including honor, loyalty, courage, cheer, and service.

Luke's Eagle Scout Service Project involved building a bioretention pond at Our House (a faith-based nonprofit in Auburn, Alabama) to correct drainage problems, eliminate mosquito breeding areas, plant vegetation, clean the yard, and replace a dirt trail with a gravel pathway, completed in fall 2020.

Luke is a senior at Auburn High School and the son of Randall and Jenny Adams, having demonstrated trustworthiness, self-discipline, and good citizenship throughout his scouting years.

The Alabama House of Representatives commends Luke Adams for his outstanding achievement in attaining Eagle Scout rank and extends best wishes for his continued success.
