• Authorizes the Alabama Attorney General to pursue civil actions to enjoin threatened or continuing violations of the existing prohibition on vaccine or immunization passports.

• Prohibits institutions of education from inquiring about a student's vaccination status without parental consent while allowing them to continue requiring vaccines already mandated as of January 1, 2021, with medical and religious exemptions.

• Prohibits entities, institutions of education, and businesses from refusing goods, services, or admission based on a customer's immunization status or lack of immunization documentation.

• Prohibits discrimination by any entity, institution of education, or business against individuals who refuse to provide proof of immunization.

• Provides private right of action for individuals injured by violations, allowing recovery of damages, costs, disbursements, reasonable attorney fees, and other equitable relief as determined by the court.
