States that Trump issued false statements about the 2020 presidential election results and made statements that encouraged and foreseeably resulted in unlawful action at the Capitol.

Describes Trump's incitement as gravely endangering U.S. security and institutions, threatening democratic integrity, and interfering with the peaceful transition of power.

Requires copies of the resolution to be delivered to former President Trump, members of the House Select Committee to Investigate the January 6th Attack on the U.S. Capitol, and members of the Alabama Congressional Delegation.
