Commends Wheeling Chapel Missionary Baptist Church on its 128th Anniversary, celebrated on October 24, 2021.

Church was organized in 1893 in Wheeling, Alabama by Reverend P.Y. Molden and relocated to Turpin (now Lipscomb), Alabama.

New church building constructed in 1959 with modern facilities including indoor plumbing, gas, and heating at current location.

Lists succession of pastoral leadership from 1893 through current pastor Vincent Witt, including Reverend W.W. Jones who served 43 years.

House of Representatives honors the church's devout members and dedicated leaders and extends best wishes for the future.
