Commends Pastor James M. Woods, Sr. for his many years of professional achievements in religious and community service.

Pastor Woods was born in 1973 in Demopolis, Alabama, graduated from Demopolis High School in 1994, and served 2 years active duty and 6 years active reserve in the United States Navy.

Founded Life of Abundance Family Worship Center in Demopolis in 2011 and became Senior Pastor at St. Paul Baptist Church, Inc. in Demopolis in July 2021; plans to enroll at Liberty University's Wilmington School of the Bible to study Biblical Studies.

Father of four children (Brianna, James Jr., Jordan, and Zion) and guardian to three nieces and nephews; married to wife Youlanda Russell since August 3, 1996.

House of Representatives dedicates this resolution to Pastor Woods with gratitude and admiration, extending best wishes for continued happiness and success in future endeavors.
