Commends Mr. Michael Green of Louisville, Alabama for his induction into The University of West Alabama Sports Hall of Fame on October 16, 2021, as a member of the 1971 National Championship Team.

Recognizes Mr. Green's 43-year career in education serving as Teacher, Coach, Assistant Principal, Principal, School Improvement Specialist, and Superintendent of Russell County Schools.

Honors his coaching accomplishments including participation in two State Championship football teams, one State Championship baseball team, nine area football titles, seven area baseball titles, and five Region Coach of the Year awards in football.

Notes his membership in the St. Clair County Sports Hall of Fame and Marengo County Sports Hall of Fame as a coach.

Resolution was adopted by the Alabama Senate on November 2, 2021, and by the House of Representatives on November 3, 2021.
