• Talladega College must submit an operations plan with goals and measurable performance indicators and an audited financial statement for fiscal year 2021 before funds are released.

• College must submit quarterly reports to the Director of Finance comparing actual expenditures and accomplishments to planned amounts, and an end-of-year performance report detailing work accomplished, services provided, and program effectiveness measures.

• Effective October 1, 2022; all required reports must be forwarded to the Legislative Council by the Director of Finance.
