Amends Alabama Code sections 31-2-1, 31-2-3, 31-2-55, 31-2-57, and 31-3-1 to include the Space National Guard within the Alabama National Guard as an organized militia component.

Adds "space" to the definition of Armed Forces of the State of Alabama alongside the existing Army National Guard and Air National Guard.

Updates references throughout relevant statutes to recognize Space National Guard officers, enlisted personnel, and headquarters detachments with the same rights and responsibilities as Army and Air National Guard members.

Becomes operative only if the federal government creates the Space National Guard through the National Defense Authorization Act by fiscal year 2025.

Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor, or upon otherwise becoming law.
