Authorizes the Alabama Athlete Agents Commission to conduct meetings via telephone conference, video conference, or similar communications equipment where all participants can hear each other simultaneously.

Participation in virtual meetings constitutes presence in person for all purposes, including establishing a quorum, deliberating, and taking action.

Requires virtual meetings to allow public members the same opportunity to listen to or observe meetings as allowed for physical in-person meetings.

Exempts commission meetings conducted electronically from Alabama Open Meetings Act provisions under Section 36-25A-5.1 while maintaining notice requirements for all meetings.

Makes technical, nonsubstantive revisions to update code language to current style and restructures subsection lettering.
