Amends Section 17-14-7 of the Code of Alabama 1975 to change the Administrative Director of Courts' certification requirements for judicial offices appearing on ballots.

Eliminates the requirement to certify vacancies in judicial offices and replaces it with a requirement to certify and submit a listing of all offices that are to appear on the ballot for the next general election.

Requires the listing to include circuit court judges, district court judges, courts of appeals judges, Supreme Court judges, and circuit court clerks, along with their county and place number designations.

Mandates submission of this listing to the Secretary of State by December 1 of the year preceding the next general election.

Directs the Secretary of State to utilize the listing when certifying candidates to appear on ballots in accordance with Sections 17-9-3, 17-13-5, and 17-13-18.

Effective date is the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor or when otherwise becoming law.
