Amends Section 15-25-3 of the Alabama Code to allow victims and witnesses of human trafficking to testify via closed circuit equipment without regard to age.

Adds a new subsection (a)(2) permitting courts to order closed circuit testimony for human trafficking cases under Article 8 of Chapter 6 of Title 13A upon motion by the state or defendant.

Testimony via closed circuit equipment is taken outside the courtroom in the judge's chambers or another suitable location, with the video feed remaining visible to the defendant, judge, and jury at all times.

Only the court, prosecuting attorney, and defense attorney may question the victim or witness; the defendant remains in the courtroom during testimony.

Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor.
