Repeals existing Section 17-14-70 of the Code of Alabama 1975 relating to congressional districts and replaces it with new redistricting provisions based on the 2020 federal census.

Divides Alabama into seven congressional districts as established by the "Coleman Congressional Plan 1-2022" map prepared by the Permanent Legislative Committee on Reapportionment.

Requires the Legislature to post the adopted map and any alternative maps introduced by members on its public website, including boundary descriptions by census tracts, blocks, and counties.

Directs the Clerk of the House or Secretary of the Senate to transmit the map to the Secretary of State for certification and posting on the state's public website.

Takes effect immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor or upon becoming law, with severability clause preserving remaining provisions if any part is declared invalid.
