Proposes a constitutional amendment authorizing the Code Commissioner to renumber and reorganize ratified constitutional amendments in the Constitution of Alabama of 2022 based on logical sequence and subject matter.

Makes this authority contingent upon ratification of an official Constitution of Alabama of 2022.

Requires judicial decisions interpreting provisions of the 1901 Constitution to remain valid for corresponding unchanged provisions in the 2022 Constitution.

Directs the Code Commissioner to instruct the publisher of the Official Recompilation to transfer and organize case annotations from the 1901 Constitution to the same or renumbered sections of the 2022 Constitution, except where substantively changed.

Requires election on the amendment per Sections 284 and 285 of the Constitution of Alabama of 1901 and applicable state election laws.
