Amends Section 13A-10-52 of the Alabama Code to revise criminal penalties for fleeing or attempting to elude law enforcement officers.

Makes fleeing or eluding a Class C felony when the officer has an arrest warrant or reasonable suspicion of a felony AND the offender causes death or crosses state lines into a neighboring state.

Makes fleeing or eluding a Class C felony when the flight causes physical injury to innocent bystanders or third parties.

Makes fleeing or eluding a Class B felony when the flight causes serious physical injury or death to any other person.

Requires mandatory driver's license suspension for 6 months to 2 years upon conviction; becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and gubernatorial approval.
