Recognizes George Washington Carver's development of more than 300 food, industrial, and commercial products from peanuts including milk, flour, oils, cosmetics, and soaps.

Documents Carver's career at Tuskegee Institute for 47 years, where he taught crop rotation methods and developed alternative cash crops to improve agricultural productivity.

Became effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor.

Passed by House on 10-MAR-22 and Senate on 30-MAR-22.
