Allows beer manufacturers producing more than 60,000 barrels annually to have a financial interest in no more than one brewpub, whereas current law limits this privilege to manufacturers selling less than 60,000 barrels annually.

Defines the 60,000 barrel production threshold to include all beer produced by the manufacturer, parent, subsidiary, or affiliate companies, and all beer produced exclusively for the manufacturer.

Maintains existing restrictions that manufacturers cannot transfer alcoholic beverages directly to brewpubs and cannot have financial interests in retailers other than brewpubs.

Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor.
