Increases the annual salary of the Cullman County Coroner from $25,000 to $35,000, effective for the term beginning after the 2022 General Election.

The coroner's salary is paid in equal monthly installments from the county general fund and represents total compensation, subject to uniform increases granted to all county employees.

The coroner may participate in the county health insurance plan on the same terms as other county employees.

The Cullman County Commission provides the coroner with office space, a county automobile, and reimbursement for actual supplies expenses used in performance of duties.

The coroner may employ an assistant coroner with the assistant's salary paid from the coroner's salary; effective date is January 16, 2023.
