Establishes the annual salary of the Madison County Commission Chair at $150,000, effective with the term beginning in January 2025.

Entitles the chair to participate in the county health insurance plan and receive other benefits on the same terms as county employees.

Allows the chair to receive uniform compensation increases, such as cost-of-living raises, in the same amounts granted to county employees.

Effective upon expiration of the incumbent chair's term in January 2025.
