Establishes an annual salary of $50,000 for the Madison County Coroner, effective beginning the next term of office in January 2023, paid from the county general fund.

Entitles the coroner to participate in the county health insurance plan and receive benefits on the same terms as county employees, including uniform cost-of-living raises granted equally to all county employees.

Allows the coroner to receive reimbursement for actual and verified expenses for office operation and job-related duties, not to exceed $15,000 per year.

Eliminates all other compensation or fees previously authorized under Alabama Code Section 45-45-11, except for reimbursable expenses as specified.

Repeals Alabama Code Section 45-45-60 relating to coroner compensation, effective at the expiration of the term of the coroner serving on the date of enactment.
