Requires women of childbearing age (25-50 years) to obtain a negative pregnancy test dated within 48 hours before purchasing medical cannabis at a dispensary, except when acting as a registered caregiver.

Prohibits breast-feeding women from purchasing medical cannabis products except in their capacity as registered caregivers.

Mandates registered certifying physicians obtain a negative pregnancy test from female patients aged 13-50 before recommending medical cannabis.

Requires pregnant patients who become pregnant after receiving medical cannabis recommendations to report their pregnancy status and become prohibited from obtaining medical cannabis throughout pregnancy.

Mandates all dispensary locations be situated at least 1,000 feet from schools, day-care centers, child-care facilities, or 2-year or 4-year institutions of higher education.
