Amends Section 45-37-30 of the Code of Alabama to modify the funding structure for the Jefferson County Cemetery Board by changing the definition of "cemetery" from "for profit" to "for-profit."

Establishes a Jefferson County Cemetery Account within the County Budget Division funded by pistol permit fee revenue dedicated to the Jefferson County delegation.

Provides $50,000 initially from pistol permit fees to the board, with $25,000 available annually thereafter, plus an additional $200,000 to be made available within 30 days of the act's effective date.

Board consists of seven members appointed by state House members (four) and state Senate members (three), with initial staggered terms of two, three, and four years, then four-year terms thereafter.

Exempts cemeteries owned by religious organizations and private, family-owned cemeteries from the act's requirements.
