Mourns the death of Prince Carson Kaleo Puckett of Montgomery, Alabama, who died on March 18, 2021, at age 4 years.

Recognizes that Carson was born on January 20, 2017, to Jennifer G. Puckett and Demario Reeves, attended the autism program at Easter Seals Alabama, and was beloved by his family and community.

Lists survivors including his parents, three sisters (Aniyah, Arrianna, and Mariah Reeves), grandparents, great-grandfather, uncles, aunt, and special God-Parents.

Invites friends and family to attend a Celebration of Life Memorial Service on Carson's birthday, Thursday, January 20, 2022, at 3:00 p.m. at Eastwood Memorial Gardens in Montgomery, Alabama.
