Commends Representative Rich Wingo for his distinguished legislative service to the State of Alabama and House District 62 of Tuscaloosa County.

Recognizes Wingo's service in the Alabama State House of Representatives since 2014, including his work on the Financial Services Committee, Insurance Committee, Ways and Means General Fund Committee, Tuscaloosa County Legislation Committee, Urban and Rural Development Committee, and Ethics and Campaign Finance Committee.

Notes Wingo's Bachelor of Arts Degree from The University of Alabama, his profession as a Shopping Center Developer, and his service as a member, Deacon, and Sunday School Teacher at First Baptist Church of Tuscaloosa.

Acknowledges Wingo's family, including his wife Cheri, two children (Jake and Luke), and four grandchildren (Sage, Walker, Jacob, and Patton).

Directs that a copy of the resolution be presented to Representative Wingo with the Legislature's highest esteem and appreciation for his outstanding record of service and invaluable contributions.
