Commends Representative Connie Rowe for her distinguished legislative service to House District 13 in Blount and Walker Counties and the State of Alabama.

Recognizes Rowe's service in the Alabama State House of Representatives since 2014, including her work on the Public Safety and Homeland Security Judiciary, Ways and Means General Fund, Children and Senior Advocacy, and Rules Committees.

Notes Rowe's education credentials including an Associate of Arts Degree from Walker College and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from The University of Alabama, as well as her career as a retired Chief of Police of Jasper, Alabama.

Acknowledges her recent appointment as Senior Advisor to Lieutenant Governor Will Ainsworth and her dedication to her family.

Directs that a copy of this resolution be presented to Representative Rowe as recognition of her contributions and service.
