Honors the Hungarian delegation of the Open World Program 2022 hosted by Global Ties Alabama on February 16, 2022.

Recognizes four political and civic leaders: Dr. Dora Ferenczy-Leka, Dr. Daniel Szabo, Mr. Balazs Tomori, and Mr. Zoltan Nogradi, who were selected through a competitive process.

Open World Program was authorized by Congress in 1999 as a Legislative Branch agency offering bipartisan support for cultural exchanges with Russian, Ukrainian, and other Eurasian leaders to witness democracy building.

Welcomes the delegates to examine the role of legislative bodies and share expertise with Alabama counterparts and host communities.

House adopted the resolution on March 31, 2022 and the Senate adopted it on April 6, 2022.
