Urges the Alabama Alcoholic Beverage Control Board to study spirit infused refreshments (ready-to-drink, canned beverages containing distilled spirits) and demand for these products.

Requests study of necessary legal changes to implement a new regulatory framework for spirit infused refreshments, which currently fall under distilled spirits distribution rules despite resembling malt beverages sold in grocery and convenience stores.

Directs the alcoholic beverage industry, other regulators, and the general public to submit comments to the board within 30 days of resolution enactment regarding a proposed regulatory framework.

Requires the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board to deliver findings, proposed legislation, and relevant public commentary to the Speaker of the House and President of the Senate within 14 days after the 30-day comment period concludes.

Identifies that distribution of these beverages would require the board to construct a new warehouse and would overload its current transportation system.
