• Adopts the proposed Constitution of Alabama of 2022, a recompilation of the 1901 Constitution that reorganizes provisions into proper articles and sections, removes racist language, deletes duplicative and repealed provisions, consolidates economic development provisions, and arranges local amendments by county.

• Requires submission of the proposed constitution to qualified Alabama electors for ratification at the 2022 general election pursuant to Amendment 951 and Amendment 714 of the Constitution of Alabama of 1901.
