Serenthia Williams, a Guest Services Representative at Homewood Suites by Hilton in Montgomery, Alabama, won the 2021 Hilton CEO Light and Warmth Award.

She was one of only 17 recipients selected worldwide by Hilton CEO Christopher J. Nassetta for the award, which recognizes exceptional hospitality and service to guests.

Williams received a $10,000 check and Hilton Honors Diamond Status as part of the award.

The House of Representatives commends and honors Williams for her dedication to serving others and spreading warmth and hospitality in her workplace.

The resolution extends sincere best wishes for continued happiness and success in all future endeavors.
