Commends Mr. Kenneth Bice for his professional achievements and entrepreneurial contributions.

Mr. Bice founded Telephone Communications in 1979 and subsequently established multiple companies including TelNet Corporation, Bice Enterprises, Blue Signs, Yello Wireless, and others after working 15 years with BellSouth.

Mr. Bice served on numerous boards and organizations including the Calhoun County Chamber of Commerce, Salvation Army Advisory Board, Berman Foundation Museum's Board of Directors, and Oak Bowery Church.

Mr. Bice received the Special Achievement Award from the State of Alabama in 1990 and was named Small Business Leader of the Year for Calhoun County in 1990 and 1994.

Mr. Bice retired on February 14, 2022, and the House of Representatives dedicates this resolution to recognize his leadership and wish him continued happiness during retirement.
