Recognizes Alabama State Trooper Senior Michael Aaron as a nominee for the 2022 Alabama Legislative Medal of Honor for Law Enforcement, the state's highest law enforcement award for extraordinary courage in the line of duty.

On August 18, 2019, Trooper Aaron responded to a motor vehicle crash on Stella Lockhart Road in Walker County and discovered the driver had left the scene.

Trooper Aaron located the vehicle's owner at his residence and found him severely injured from a suicide attempt, then provided emergency medical aid by applying pressure to wounds and conserving body heat until ambulance transport to UAB Hospital.

The House of Representatives honors Trooper Aaron for his composed and professional response during a life-threatening crisis and presents this resolution as a token of admiration and esteem.
